This older 7.2 Kv. pole sits in Forest Grove, OR. on the municipal Forest Grove Light & Power system. The right side has a brown Locke 6510 (an insulator I am interested in acquiring, especially if there is a sky-blue yuk version)! The left side has a good old white signal style which marks the wire as a "neutral" or grounded wire. It's funny how things changed when the "sky-blue" power insulator era began..now the sky-blue one is the power wire and they try to re-use the brown ones as the neutral marker. As you will see if you click "next".
