The insulators made homeless by the great Powhatan line up grade of 2008 have found a new home. Right now there are at lest a 100 insulators. The white insulators are known as Knox and I've have herd stories that they don't do a good job of being a insulator so they are all being replaced with post insulators. All the insulators in this photo have been replaced with post insulators.
