Here the Linemen are working to replace a old pole that had a date nail in it form 1959. But the old pole has had at lest two types of insulators and crossarm changes in it's life time. The Linemen said that to add 20 years to the old date nail to get the pole's full age. The new pole that replaced it should last 40 to 50 years
