In my meanderings I came across this item. I'm guessing by the slightly bowed shape and holes on either side that this piece is meant to be worn as a hat badge. It's about 3.5" long and about 1.5" wide and appears to be made of solid brass. Notice it is still wrapped in the original cellophane. I looked all over the 'net until my eyes were nearly crossed and could not find an example of this NJ transit hat badge. However I did see some similar items with an average price of about $15-20. So I'm going to split the difference and ask for $8 plus actual shipping for this piece. If that seems unreasonable I'm willing to negotiate.
