Sharp looking and one of the harder to find HGCO Pettis in a very nice dark aqua. The colour is accurate in the photo which is 2 PM direct daylight and condition is VVNM.I see a couple tiny dome pin point tics and that's about it. No dome or skirt letters that I can make out so it's EIN [100].No dark aqua listed, but you be the final judge on the colour as shown in the photo.
