This CD 156.1 is base embossed POSTAL TELEGRAPH CO PAT SEP 13 1881 (has backward 3). Condition is exceptionally good. Maybe two dome ticks and one skirt ping. Check out the white stripe in the dome. $50 plus actual shipping.
