Very large chunk of purple cable glass here.F.M.Locke which is a harder to find insulator to begin with but this one's purple with lots of teeny fizz bubbles in the glass which is much harder yet. Apparently this guy got water inside, it froze and popped the insulator neatly in half vertically across the top cablegroove down to the base. Hard to believe because it's such a thick, heavy piece of glass! Definately NOT a mint perfect example but will nicely fill a very tough spot in anyone's power collection for a reasonable price. Insulator needs glued together with glass epoxy which will be easy to do, both surfaces are clean and very evenly split and there's a 1" wide triangle wedge out of the base of the skirt which I have that piece as well. Once glued, the insulator will be 99.98% whole only having some small chips on some of the inner petticoat skirts and will display pretty nicely.
