It isn`t often that a CD 121 Hemingray No 16 catches my attention. This Hemingray blue 16 has a very strange molded skirt. The out side surface is smooth and true. The inside of the skirt is just a series of uneven highs and lows in the surface. Kind of makes you wonder what went wrong. There is a chip below the embossed G that takes out two drips. Other than that, a neat little insulator. Very unusual and just $10 plus actual shipping.
