See how the delicate embossing is OK? There was a very pretty insulator under all that yuk. I was surprised how much the color was affected by the glass sickness. Notice some of the deeper scratches are still there. This slow process does not take the deep ones out, just polishes the nasty layer. There are still some dings and pecks that are there, and they will stay there. If I tumble it more, I'll run the risk of losing some of the embossing. I hope that answers some of the questions about tumbling.
