Here we have a very early Hemingray made signal with the Dec 19 1871 patent date. Glass is about as nice of an actual clear as you're going to get in such old glass. We're not talking newer production Hemingray crystal clear, but If there's any colour to the glass, it is an almost imperceptible hint but I'll lay my bet on clear. Lots of fizz in this guy, the picture depicts the fizzyness very accurately and very clean. Has a little bit of damage as follows, on the WG lip edge, a BB ding caused a clamshell, no glass missing soft bruise to the rear side plus a little very light nibbling around the base's edge leaving a couple minute flakelets.
