Nice old CREB beehive with a back problem. This one was taken out a bit too hot and it sloped back a bit, plus the front domeside where the embossing is seems to be fairly flattened finally adding in an underpoured inner skirt for good measure. Nice blue aqua colour with very large and bold embossing unusual for the CREB insulators. Embossing is: W BROOKFIELD/ NEW YORK (R dome) B/ PAT nov 13th 1883/ " FEB 12TH 1884.One tiny flakelet on the resting edge of the base, a domeside micro flakelet and bird peck plus a few fleebites.
