This beautiful yellow green jar is embossed on one side THE SAMPSON BATTERY NO 2 and on the adjacent side THE E. C. L. Co. BOSTON MASS (the embossing has been highlighted in white). On the adjacent panel is WATER LINE WITHOUT ELEMENTS. The jar is in near perfect condition.
