While out doing some paint touch-up in the 70 degree weather today, I encountered this early spring visitor resting upon one of my security lights out on the north side of my house. I was standing on a ladder getting ready to paint the light when this creature appeared. It is about 6 inches long and 2 inches at the highest. I have no idea what it is. Pretty light 7-up green color though.
