Great looking PRR signal here. Solid domer with copious amounts of spit and froth draped overtop the pinhole, down the pinhole and swirled up into the base, inner skirt and skirt in front and a lesser amount plus some amber swirls in the rear. Stuff looks like someone sprayed frothy goop into the glass as it was poured. VVNM condition, no damage on this piece but I'll call it VV NM just because of fleebites and such that can lurk in places.
