Recently got this piece in a lot auction on the E-place. Unfortunately, the piece is heavily damaged, and I almost tossed it to the wayside when I noticed an unusual aspect of the embossing. After looking at the price guide, I came to the conclusion that this is a new BLOT-OUT embossing, possibly never seen before. Am I right here?

The piece on the rear skirt has 2 small blot outs in front of the 2 of MAY 2 1893.

Has anyone seen this before? Thanks for any help!!
