In front of the substation in the last photo are these switches suspended in the 120 Kv. wires. They are placed right over one lane of the 2 lane road in front of it. At least I think they are switches...maybe they are fuses. That short wire on them looks pretty slim! On the municipal McMinnville Water & Light utility.
