This is the Baker Creek Substation, just west of McMinnville, Oregon. The unusual flat top wishbone power line is either 115 or 120 Kv. A double circuit 12.5 Kv. line heads east from it to the center of the city. Owned by the municipal McMinnville Water & Light utility.
