CD 134 Star in Dark Yellow Green. There is a 1 1/4 inch long wire groove indentation with some tiny nicking on the edge of it and a couple minor dings. The indentation looks like it was caused from contact with a thin metal object at the factory. It is about 1/16 of an inch deep. Let me know if you'd like a picture of it.
