This is a CD 214 (010) Telegrafos from Mexico in a very nice orange amber. Other than a skirt ding between the embossing and the right side mold line and a minor (small) inner skirt flake, this insulator is in great condition. You will be happy with this one and it is priced to sell at $75 plus actual shipping costs.
