This is a CD 134 Oakman style with the small embossed diamond on the top of the dome. Very nice condition, with just two small side by side base chips. Total length of the two shallow chips is about 1/2". Nice clean insulator that looks super next to the green one that is also advertised. $23 plus actual shipping charge.
