Went for a road trip on 2/19/08 in SE Washington state. The weather was cold (for the desert) at about 23 degrees F and there was plenty of fog to make it interesting driving. Came upon this cool tower where the high line turns from one direction to approximately 90 degrees in another direction and then up the hill.
