Slumper Hemingray Amber CD 162 Signal Sold

Here is another one that has to go --- A nice slumper / leaner signal with a notably slanted top half. CD 162 Hemingray / Patent May 2 1893, r-skirt Petticoat. Looks like its the [240] embossing index with the sharp drips. Color is rootbeer amber with a slightly orange tone. Exterior is in near mint shape all the way around - base has the common drip & skirt chiping / bruising - but all to the inside edge of the skirt. The bruise spans 6 drips but is fairly unobtrusive. The chipping spans 5 drips but hardly rises into the skirt. The leaning makes the inner skirt seem pressed off to one side. Displays better than it sounds - see images.
