How many collectors can say they have an actual "vintage era installation" providing the power to their house? Several houses up the street, there is a Brookfield CD 162, this is a Hemingray No. 20 (You can almost read the embossing if you view the original version!) The 3 supply lines on the other side of the street had one old pole with three nice porcelian cable top style, in three different shades, dark reddish brown, light brown, and a yellowish on the bottom wire. This pole was dismantled after a storm....being typically shy, we never asked the linemen what happened to the pieces when we noticed the pole was being removed. :-(
