To see a good strong deep colored rainbow isn't common. In this case, the conditions happened to be right for a second fainter rainbow to form. (look at the left of the picture).

This was taken quickly with a cell phone camera. By the time we were able to stop and grab the "real" camera, the viewing angle wasn't as good, and the rainbow was not as intense.

Still, this picture is pretty impressive, IMHO!
