OK, here is a cobalt Hemingray signal. The "exterior" is in good shape only effected by (1) a base chip that comes up the skirt slightly and has 4 drips chipped as a result and (2) a slight ship at the mold line under the wire rim. It is pretty small. I count 6 other drips which are partially chipped. Price: $225 shipped to you. Great color with a glow. I take emails in order received.
