This is a cobalt version I consider to be ink blue (you be the judge). Photos are as shot in my light case. Has one ping on the wire rim..otherwise the exterior is perfect. The petiticoat has two chips. The skirt has a bruise located just under the "USA" on the back side. The bruise effects 7 drips which arepartially chipped. There are four other drips which are partially chipped. This bruise is not the most visible but can be seen. The piece also has a milky stream running from the skirt up to the dome. Books for $350 - $400 in mint condition SO I am parting with it for $250.00 shipping included. Great color for a discount. I really do not think you will be disappointed.
