Now that I have your attention... I know some of you like to collect Confederate eggs and other Civil War era items so I thought these iron balls would make an interesting go-with. I got them as part of a trade with an antique shop owner I know who said they are small cannon balls, perhaps "cannister shot". I don't know for sure that's what these are but I will say I live only about half an hour from Gettysburg so cannon balls aren't unusual. I've seen small pieces of cannon balls sell for $10 or more at the souvenir shops around Gettysburg. I can get this pair of complete iron balls to you for $10 + actual shipping.
