This one will be almost impossible to upgrade! Call it VNM with nothing but a small tick to the wire ridge & a minor dome scuff & minor dome ding you really have to search for. This is a superb specimin, truly of museum quality. I believe it is the best one ever found. I will sacrifice it for 500.00 even delivered to your door. If you wanted insurance, that would be extra.
