This came out of a collection I bought in Kansas in the spring of 07.

Most times an insulator like this would have ended up in "Bolack's Aqua Mound", but I noticed right away it was an unusual piece albeit damaged. It had thicker than normal dome glass and it's what I call a "floater domer" as it floats on its inner skirt.
