Note: This may be a French insulator that found its way into Italy, as there are no known Italian made insulators of this form factor, and none listed in catalogs.

I notice that this one has the wider "head" like on the MIVA "spooks" so it may inded be a MIVA product, even though it is apparently not listed in any catalogs. The French spook heads are narrower and have straight vertical sides, this one bulges out over the two arms.
