A 115Kv double circuit Power line owned by Colorado Springs Utilities. The line is roughly 5 miles long, extending from the Hancock Substation to the Cragmoor Bluffs Substation north of Palmer Park and near UCCS (college), where the line splits into two single circuit power lines, one going to the Colorado Springs North power plant, and the other heading into Monument, Colorado to tie in with Tri-state generation and Transmission power lines from the Falcon, Colorado Transmission substation located about a mile from the corner of Woodmen and Meridian roads.
