This is one crude, junk filled B telegraph insulator! Lots of steam, some carbon, small potstones and LOTS of amber in this one mixed very well. This is NOT a pure olive beehive. The amber is very evenly mixed, so there aren't heavy amber swirls, but you can definately see the yellowey amber thru out the piece when in your hand or backlighted. The WG trough, like almost all of the olive and olive ambers is very deep and slightly pinched with heavy strawmarks around the entire skirt. This insulator has a 1" chunk on the rear WG lip and of that chunk,1/2 of it is missing glass, the rest of the glass is there and was caused from an impurity in the glass plus 3 birdpecks beside the chunk and a very tiny sliver on base's edge.
