Probably the cooledst (and maybe the only really cool) looking car to come out of the former Soviet Union.

V-12 convertible, and the tail fins and lights have a little bit of the 1955 Detroit Retro look.

A little further research indicates that this not a production vehicle, but a custom show car based on a 1950s Volga-21 design (much like the Stalinmobile posted elsewhere) and is built onto a modern (and expensive) BMW chassis. Not your basic standard-issue Soviet-era Komrademobile...
