Finally found a good day when it either wasn't raining or I didn't have to work to go hunt on an old line in my area that I've been meaning to search for a while since I've started collecting. This line runs across the mountains and some parts have been cleared for wildlife habitat. There are some parts that were undisturbed where me and my father found some crossarms, pegs and shards of glass. Not sure if the line has been searched before, we didn't find any whole pieces (at least not yet!!). We didn't search the entire line, got to a creek area and didn't feel like crossing it. We will go back soon though, and see if we can locate some glass. Next time I'll also carry a rake to get rid of all the leaves!!
