On the very misty morning of August 27th, 2007, a high school friend and I set out for an insulator hunt, as she had been interested in the prospects of it for quite some time.

Driving to the spot was a difficult task, as we had left quite early, and a thick fog or mist had blanketed the entirety of Middlesex county. The day was unusually cool for late August, and we basked as we walked along the tracks towards our hunting spot in how nice the moist, cool air felt against our skin, as the sun, unusually enough, shone right through the fog alighting on all in sight. I peered about at how unusual everything looked through the fog and with the sun shining brightly upon it at the same time, and my eyes settled upon a thick area on the edge of a corn field where a large area of bristly grasses had the most beautiful accumulation of dew upon them that I had ever seen. I stopped to take some photos before we continued on to our digging spot, and [id=203702845;what awaited us there].
