CD 126 BROOKFIELD [080] in a nice green / yellow green. Marked with the NO 55 FULTON ST address this is amoung the earlier of the CD 126 Brookfield molds. Embossing is small and neat as though done by typewriter. It is a little weak which is typical for this particular mold. Has the JAN 25, 1870, FEB 22 1870 and March 20, 1877 patent dates. What is standout on this piece is a large totally enclosed bubble on the NO 55 FULTON ST side. Despite all the CD 126s around, it is unusual to see one with a bubble quite this large, especially in a colored piece. VVNM with a very shallow small sliver at the mold edge.
