The camera man was positioned just about in the same place as the previous photo in 1908. See here [id=203562979] There really weren't many physical differences to the scenery here other than the sign atop the building on the right was not erected yet. And of course the trees were in full bloom as you can see. Note: this was from a postcard, hence the December 06 date written on it.
