I'd like to think that this gent held at gunpoint was wanted no more for "innocently" absconding with insulators. However, I am assuming he was wanted for some far more serious crimes. Note that the law enforcement with their guns pointed at the subject were women....and grinning upon their capture ;-) Hmmm!
