Here is a couple pages from a ca. 1926 Hemingray Insulator catalog. I have a wooden crate exactly like that in the picture. In addition, I also have a single side to one of the crates from the Owens-Illinois era. Looks nearly the same but with the Owens-Illinois information added. The left page is for domestic packaging, the right for export.
