Nice tougher coloured NEGM Co signal in a medium green. Inner skirt on this guy is very uneven, wavy, and quite egg shaped as well as a Pennycuick "tit" in the pinhole. Nice condition with a few tiny fleebites,2 tiny bird pecks and a small inner skirt chip. Displays perfect from just about any angle. This is a lighter green and is not listed in the 2007 priceguide.
