On our way up to the JSIC Nov 2007 insulator hunt, Kevin Jacobson, Tom Katonak and I made use of a few extra hours of time by doing a little hiking at the site of an old communications line. About two hours into our hike we found this portion of an insulator poking out of the ground. It turned out to be a skirt section from a green CD 130 Cal Elec Works! As much as we wanted to join our fellow collectors for the club hunt the following day, we made the decision to continue hunting this line. (Four additional pics follow.)
