Dale Blakely holds an EC&M ring. The Electrical Construction and Maintenance Company used these rings to help secure the insulator pin at the top of poles. Finding a ring means there's an EC&M insulator nearby. But we didn't find one at this site. The ring was found by Ken Klein.
