Here the original ancient PADERNO, forerunner of all Padernos produced for many decades, in perfect conditions. (1897). It was used for the feeding line (30 miles and 13.5 kV) from the Paderno power plant to the Milan electric tramways lines. My telephone in the background is for size comparison
