Here's a rarely seen or offered huge porcelain spook. This monster measures 7.5 inches tall and 3.75 inches wide! This rare insulator features rarely seen square "eyes" and a large squared nose- both very unusual for a "spook." Three of these were recovered from an old building in downtown Bogota, Colombia over 16 years ago and no others have been seen or found anywhere since. Unmarked example so the manufacturer is unknown. Recently a couple of small porcelain spooks have been found in former Czechslovakia and Poland with square noses. To my knowledge no insulators from Poland have are known to have been recovered or seen in Colombia but a few scarce style porcelain insulators from Czechslovakia have been found, so I now believe this is of Czech origins.

Currently one is in the Marilyn Albers collection, the second is in Bernie Warren's. Could be your only opportunity for a long time!

Condition is excellent with no chips and only a small hairline inside the square "eye" on one side- which is normal for spooks both glass and porcelain to have them, especially ones used for high voltage lines.
