I just got this one in and I am pretty sure this is what Mr. Burger would call an "evolutionary" script Hemi No 9.This one has the characteristics of the earliest scripts, but is extremely neatly lettered and numbered like the stamped, but they still have that faint hand done look. This has the old style G with the tail rather than the crossbar but is not bold prismic either. From what I have gathered from listening in on the conversations about these embossings is that evolutionary embossing was where they still were doing script, but made extra efforts to make it very neat compared to the older script. Mr. Burger, am I correct on this one?I have more closeup pix of the embossings.
