The icing on the cake. The meter dept junked the reactive meter, C.T.'s & V.T.'s in place. The property owner granted me permission to remove them prior to the building being demolished. I'll clean it up, replace the wire that was cut and put the meters back on it. I didn't know that utilities used wood backboards for meter applications but after talking with a meterman found out that it was common practice in the late 40's and early 1950's. An interesting go with!
