I got this "robot" French insulator recently from Richard Wentzel (and am temporarily "borrowing" his photo until I can take one for myself). It is unembossed, but appears to be a Folembray product, it is more yellowish-green than the photo indicates, and I have it's T-bar sibling, with the same coloring and dimensions, but without the "eyes".

This is probably in the CD 687 .X family.

Height is 4.5 inches, arm spread is 4.5 inches, base diamemter is 2.5 inches.
