The fella said, " I don't know where there're from, that's why I'm sellin' 'em, y'all " . It seemed like a good reason to buy them. Mystery, intrigue, and possibly a good story for next year at Springfield.

The first has a familiar looking mark on the top of the ear. A green "N" in a squared OVAL / 1948 . I've seen it before, but can't remember where or it's significance. 3-7/8" high, by 2-3/4 wide with a wide groove across the top. European style pinhole with oakum.

The second is a small light gray porcelain, 3-1/4" high, 3" wide outer skirt and a 2" wide inner skirt. Only marking is a "C" in a circle. I would appreciate it if you can help me determine where they are from. Thanks.
