And sometimes, you still don't know, even after you have found it. So, here we go sports fans. The insulators are believed to be foreign.

The first is clearly marked A.U.P., and while the 3 periods do not show well, they are definitely there. The insulator has a flat grooved top with a 3/4" wide groove. It measures 4-1/2" high, and almost 3-3/4" wide. The insulator has a nice speckled surface but the speckling is not consistent overall. The pinhole looks to be European or possibly for an Australian cemented metal pin.

The 2nd insulator has a extended inner skirt causing the outer skirt to sit 1/4" off the counter. The insulator is 4-1/4" high, the outer skirt is 3-1/2" wide, while the inner skirt is 2-1/8" wide. This insulator accepts a North American wooden pin easily. It has no other obvious markings.

Jeff Markwart has ID'd the right hand insulator as a U.S. telephone style U-164. Thanks Jeff.

Your help in identifying these pieces would be appreciated. Thanks.
