Gee of Hutchinson threated his fishing line thru a small drain hole in a downtown street here (left). But Gee had the last laugh (rt) when he hauled a 2-pound catfish out of the opening. Explanation: the street runs across a creek & the hole, says Gee, is the best way to fish in dark cool water underneath.
